Administrative offices records
Administrative Offices at Mount Holyoke are documented by a wide range of records which reflect the goals, organization, activities, and staffing of these units. These records are arranged by the name of each office. Materials date from circa 1841 to the present include reports, minutes, correspondence, subject files, publications, surveys, statistics, questionnaires, audiocassettes, and photographs. Records for some administrative offices are described by separate online finding aids.
Assistant Business Manager and Purchasing records
The records of the Assistant Business Manager and Purchasing contain reports, questionnaires, pamphlets, campus announcements and memos.
Career Development Center records
The records of the Career Development Center date from 1901 to the present include annual reports, statistics, newsletters, forms, publications, instructions, recommendations, correspondence, financial records, committee records, photographs, press releases, student files, and questionnaires.

Dean of International Affairs records
The records of the Dean of International Affairs contain correspondence with foreign alumnae, committee minutes and reports, office files, and student records which provide information about office activities involving the concerns of international students at the College. The documents also include material relating to the International Conference on the Worldwide Education of Women held at the College on Founder's Day, 1987.

Records of the Dean of the College date from circa 1975 to the present and primarily reflect the Dean's involvement with both administrative and academic matters at Mount Holyopke. Materials include reports, correspondence, subject files, committee records, surveys, position descriptions, programs, announcements, and lists.
Department of Public Safety records
The records from the Security Office, currently known as the Department of Public Safety, contain a large collection of general material, dated from 1936-1996.
Development Office records
Materials contained in the records of the Development Office include Annual reports (1925-1982); correspondence; budgets; agendas; publications and brochures; a number of subject files on the Alumnae Association
Dining Services records
The records of Dining Services consist of files from the Food Service office. Within these records are manuals, newspaper clippings, memos, and letters.
Financial Aid Office records
The records of the Financial Aid Office include information on Almunae Clubs and scholarship lists from 1969-70, conferences and forms, job applications for department positions, and desk files.
Health Services records
Health Services records primarily consist of reports, correspondence, memoranda concerning the activities of that unit and the physical and mental health of members of immediate the Mount Holyoke community. These materials also include a photocopy of two journals (1841-1854) compiled by S.D. Brooks when he was serving as the physician at the school and nine ledgers (circa 1889-1917) recording "anthropometric" measurements and other information relating to the health of students.

Records for the Office for Educational and Academic Affairs date from 1978-1997 and consist of correspondence, reports, grant applications, budget information, fliers, brochures, articles and publications.
