Scope and Contents
The records of the Secretary of the College contains reports, notices, memos, and newspaper clippings from 1957 to the present. It also contains Annual reports from 1966-67, 1968-69, 1973/74-1984/85 and correspondence form 1964 to the present. There are also subject files which include information on subjects such as Alumnae surveys, the Art Museum, Founder's Day, plaques, WMHC, the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation, and Convocation. There are also some audiovisual materials including slides, cassette tapes and films.

Historical Note
The Secretary to the College was established in 1960, and also served as the Secretary of the Board of Trustees. The position became part of the Office of External Affairs in 1992. In 1996, the position was made part of the duties of the Assistant to the President.
