Allen Family papers
Allen Family. Luella Mary Allen, Winifred Shirley Allen, and their relatives. Collection consists of letters, photographs, and transcriptions of the letters prepared by a descendent. Letters include some written from mid-nineteenth century California mining fields, and many detailing student life at Mount Holyoke College in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century.

Papers contain correspondence, scrapbook, financial records, memorabilia, Asherville College publications and biographical information. Primarily documenting her experience at Mount Holyoke, including both traditions and special events and daily activities. The publications are from her husband, Frank C. Foster, once President of Asherville College, North Carolina.

Also include three letters from a cousin training with the United States Army in 1898 during the Spanish-American War

Lebourveau, Jennie Lord Winslow, 1895-1960; teacher, housewife. Mount Holyoke College student, 1912-1916. Papers contain correspondence, a scrapbook and biographical information, primarily concerning Lebourveau's time as a student at Mount Holyoke College. Include references to traditions, domestic work, her expenses and campus jobs, faculty, academics, new buildings, food, clothing, and political matters such as a women's suffrage lecture and a mock presidential election.
